These terms govern use of the Gigi's Aquatics website and optional customer communication services. Livestock availability, price, temperament, compatibility, and health can change. Contact Gigi's Aquatics before relying on a listing or adding livestock to an aquarium.

Purchases and reservations

Reservations and pickup arrangements are not complete until confirmed by Gigi's Aquatics. Customers are responsible for providing an appropriate aquarium and verifying compatibility, adult size, water requirements, and care needs. Website care information is educational and does not replace professional veterinary advice.

SMS Terms

By checking the separate promotional-text checkbox, you agree to receive recurring promotional new-stock text and multimedia messages from the Gigi's Aquatics SMS program. Transactional or customer-care messages concerning a purchase, reservation, appointment, pickup, receipt, or question are handled separately based on that specific customer request and are not bundled with marketing consent.
